The search for a body reportedly seen floating in Brush Creek in North Huntingdon township will resume tomorrow.
The Tribune-Review reports that the search was initially prompted by a man calling Westmoreland County 911 on Saturday afternoon saying that he and his son saw the body floating in the creek. Search efforts on Saturday and Sunday turned up nothing.
North Huntingdon police chief Robert Rizzo said that there will be a “larger operation” that will last most of the day, but he did not go into detail on what will be done tomorrow as part of the search efforts.
