Today is the official observance of Washington’s Birthday, and as such there are some closures in effect.
Federal, state and local government offices are closed for the day, as are many banks. There will be no postal service today as well.
State liquor stores that would normally be open on a Monday are expected to be open today. Many banks are also closed for the day.
