State Police are investigating a theft at the Westmoreland Mall of someone’s wallet.
Troopers say that a man lifted a wallet from a woman’s purse on Tuesday in the mall’s food court and used her credit cards to go on a $4,000 spending spree at the Best Buy and Target stores.
The suspect is described as a white male wearing a white designer shirt and ball cap.
