A Rostraver man is accused of submitting a faked drug test to the Westmoreland County probation office.
The Tribune-Review reports that Brett Michael Toman was arraigned on Wednesday before district judge Chris Flanigan after a detective in the probation office filed the complaint. The affidavit of probable cause said that on Monday, Toman was to report to the county courthouse to give a urine sample, and was accompanied by a probation officer when the officer saw a tube sticking out of Toman’s underwear. That tube was connected to a bottle that was confiscated.
A preliminary hearing is set for March 7th.
