No one was hurt when a gun went off in a tax law office in Greensburg.
The Tribune-Review reports that 59-year-old Jeffrey Burzawa now faces charges of reckless endangerment and discharging a firearm in an occupied structure for the incident Friday at the business on Broad Street. One other person was inside the business when the gun went off, but no one was hurt. Police Chief Scott Fanchalsky said he believes there is no intended target.
Burzawa was freed on $5,000 unsecured bond after his arraignment.
