Republican party leaders across the 41st state senate district have selected Senator Don White’s former Chief of Staff as their nominee to take his place in the Senate.
During a meeting in Ford City last night, Republican party leaders unanimously selected Joe Pittman of Indiana County as their nominee for the special election. Pittman said he was honored to receive the unanimous election.
Pittman will run against IUP professor Susan Boser in the special election, which will be held on the same day as the Primary Election, which will be on May 21st.
