
A Waterford man who had served time for burglary is once again facing burglary charges.
The Tribune-Review reports that 32-year-old Joshua J. Miller was arraigned on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, receiving stolen property and theft. Ligonier Police were called out around 6:30 PM on Wednesday and were provided with video surveillance that showed Miller inside the house, and police recognized him as they had several conversations with him. Miller claimed that he took a box of cold medicine and a bracelet.
He served time previously for a 2016 burglary. His new preliminary hearing is set for April 3rd. RIght now, he is in the county jail on $50,000 bond.
