A building in the East Huntingdon business park will get a new roof thanks to an $8 million low interest loan.
The Tribune-Review reports that State Rep. Justin Walsh announced the awarding of the loan from the Commonwealth Financing Authority. The roof will replace one that is leaking on the building that formerly housed the Sony Plant. The building is being re-purposed by the RIDC Westmoreland to house multiple tenants.
Tenants at the park include Cenveo, Siemens, and the advanced technology center for Westmoreland County Community College.
