A 26-year-old Derry Township man was ordered to stand trial for the alleged rape of a Ligonier Township woman.
The Tribune-Review reports that a preliminary hearing for Khanchek Alexan Hamerski on Friday, and he was ordered to trial on charges of rape, sexual assault, strangulation and related offenses.
Police say that last September 7th around 4:30 AM, Hamerski went to the victim’s house after they had been with some friends at a local free on $25,000 bail that was posted after his arrest in February.
