A man from Cook Township is charged with exposing himself to a woman on the track at Weller Field in Ligonier.
The Tribune-Review reports that 24-year-old Joshua Puschnigg allegedly stood at the fence of the track, and as a woman came around, he exposed himself and yelled “Hey! Come over here!” The woman went to her car and called police. When she left, Puschnigg followed and tried to get her to roll down her window. She did not comply but did get his license plate.
A preliminary hearing is set for May 10th.
