A West Newton woman is facing charges of arson, terroristic threats and simple assault for allegedly setting a pickup truck on fire.
The Tribune-Review reports that 19-year-old Marian L. Warman reportedly got into an argument with John L. Palamara at a fast-food restaurant. After assaulting him, she threw a gas can into the bed of the pickup and then lit some paper on fire and used it to set the truck on fire. The truck was destroyed.
Warman is in Westmoreland County Prison on $50,000 bail with a preliminary hearing set for April 15th.
