
A lawyer for a Derry Township man charged with selling drugs that resulted in death is saying he should be released from jail as he awaits his trial.
The Tribune-Review reports that Glenn Levztow has been in jail since he was arrested last May. Police say he sold heroin laced with fentanyl to Ryan Powell, who was found unconscious in his apartment and died two days later at the hospital.
Judge Christopher Feliciani will schedule a hearing on the defense’s bond request.
