The Greater Latrobe School District has hired a consultant for their upcoming superintendent search.
The Tribune-Review reports that Templeton Advantage of Perry County was hired by a 5-2 vote to conduct a search for candidates to take over for Judith Swigart, who is set to retire on July 31st. The firm will meet with district officials to set up a timeline for the search and discuss the proposed steps in the process.
Templeton Advantage will be paid $13,500, but they can charge another $1,500 for travel expenses and other costs.
