A Pittsburgh man claims that he and his dog were attacked by two dogs while they were visiting a friend in New Kensington.
WTAE-TV reports that Chris Cushman was having his car worked on by a friend, and Cushman and his 8-year-old Italian Mastiff went through an alley to get food when the dogs attacked. Cushman claimed the owner of the dogs did nothing to stop them. The owner claims that Cushman provoked the dogs.
