
A 24-year-old Murrysville woman was taken for a mental health evaluation after she reportedly threatened others and broke into homes in Salem Township early Wednesday morning.
The Tribune-Review reports that Brianna Waibel allegedly used a knife and a broken bottle to threaten people on Forbes Trail Drive at 1:00 AM on Wednesday. Washington Township police found her in the backyard of a home holding a silver object, and used a taser to subdue her.
She was later taken to Excela Westmoreland Hospital. She faces charges of criminal mischief, theft, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, false ID and other crimes.
