A man from Yukon is facing charges of DUI from when he crashed on I-70 in December.
The Tribune-Review reports that 31-year-old Andrew Calvin told police he’d used cocaine and Suboxone before driving in the eastbound lane of I-70 in Hempfield last December. He hit another vehicle, a guide rail, and then rolled over.
Two boys, ages six and three, were in the backseat and they were taken to the hospital for treatment. A preliminary hearing is set for June 4th.
