A man from Slickville was arrested Tuesday on charges that he allegedly fondled a 9-year-old girl.
The Tribune-Review reports four years ago, 34-year-old Sean Rugh allegedly touched a girl inappropriately on two different occasions. The assault was reported by the victim’s grandmother in December. Rugh now faces charges of indecent assault and corruption of minors, and is in Westmoreland County Jail on $15,000.
A preliminary hearing is set for May 2nd.
