The preliminary hearing for the former Derry Mayor accused of pointing a gun at kids in a park was held Wednesday.
The Tribune-Review reports that District Judge Mark Billik ordered Kevin Gross to stand trial on aggravated assault and related crimes for the incident on April 14th. Allegedly, there was a fight in the park involving Gross’ son when Gross came out and pointed a gun at one of the boys in the fight, and then pointed a gun towards a group of girls.
Gross is free on $20,000 bond.
