Three brothers from the West Newton area are facing charges of theft as they are accused of using company-issued credit cards to make fuel purchases for their own vehicles.
The Tribune-Review reports that 29-year-old Zachary Williams and his 19-year-old brother Justin and their 21-year-old brother Brandon, were charged by Rostraver police with access device fraud, receiving stolen property, and theft by deception for the incidents that go back to earlier this year.
Over the course of the year so far, the three spent over $1,200 on fuel purchases. Company officials said once the theft was discovered, the three were fired.
