State Police in Greensburg are investigating a case of access device fraud that happened on October 9th in Derry Township.
Troopers say that unauthorized funds were being withdrawn from an 53-year-old Westmoreland County man’s account to Lexington Law, but the victim claims that he has never received services from them and is not sure why his account is being charged.
The investigation is continuing.
