State Police have charged a man with stalking two individuals in the Hempfield Township area.
Troopers say 38-year-old David Vernon Thompson, Jr. was seen on the Bauer property on October 7th at 8:49 PM, spying on two members of the family at a location on Slate Run Road. When confronted, he fled the scene in a blue vehicle. It was later discovered that he had been harassing the two family members for several months.
Charges have been filed through district court.
