An Arnold man was ordered to serve up to three years in state prison and five years of probation for a fatal shooting in New Kensington in 2022. The Trib reports that 19-year-old Jonathan Felder pleaded guilty in February to a count of conspiracy to commit robbery. He was one of seven youths charged in connection with the shooting death of 39-year-old Jason Raiford in the lobby of the Valley Court Royal Apartments in July of 2022. Felder was among the group who police said surrounded Raiford and demanded money for a drug debt before he was pistol-whipped and shot 11 times, including multiple rounds to his back as he lay on the ground.
