Pennsylvania Attorney General Michelle Henry has announced charges against a Monroeville insurance agent accused of swindling customers out of thousands of dollars. The state says that Chad Skena sold clients insurance products that didn’t exist and sometimes would double-charge client’s credit cards, promising them that the overcharges would be returned — though they never were. Skena faces felony and misdemeanor theft and fraud charges.
