DEVELOPER PROPOSES LUXURY RESIDENTIAL PROJECT NEAR MURRYSVILLE COMMUNITY PARK

A developer is proposing a luxury residential project near Murrysville Community Park.  According to the Trib, The plan includes 24 homes that are priced at roughly two-million dollars in an area south of Wiestertown and Hilty roads.  Each of the two dozen houses would sit on at least one and a half acres of land.  Local officials still need to approve the build.
