CHARGES HELD AGAINS SW GREENSBURG MAN IN RELATION TO DEATH OF 8 MONTH OLD SON

Charges have been held against a Southwest Greensburg man in relation to the death last year of his 8-month-old son.  Defendant Jason Ludwig, facing charges including concealing the death of a child and tampering with evidence in the 2023 death of his son Carter, waived his right yesterday to a preliminary hearing.  Police say the child died after he and Ludwig fell asleep together on a couch though the defendant originally told a different story.
