Jeannette officials are taking a look at a wall collapse that has closed a portion of Chestnut Street. The Trib reports that the wall fell over due to the heavy rain that came through the area recently. A curb was constructed on the street to divert water away from the wall and properties below it at a cost of $10,000, said city Manager Ethan Keedy. The city was trying to determine who owns it, and who is responsible for its maintenance. No one was hurt in the collapse.
