ATTORNEYS ARGUE ABOUT WHAT KILLED 2-YEAR OLD NEW KEN BOY

While prosecutors say that a New Kensington man inflicted multiple head wounds that killed a two-year-old boy, his attorneys have offered up alternate means for those injuries.  The Trib reports that the attorney for 35-year-old Keith Lilly, Jr. suggested that the fatal injuries for Mikel Fetterman could have come from prior accidents or possibly other people.  Prosecutors claim that Lilly shook the child to death.  A date for Lilly’s trial has not been set yet.
