FAA EXPECTS TODAY TO BE BUSIEST AIR TRAVEL DAY SO FAR THIS YEAR

The Federal Aviation Administration is expecting today to be the busiest day for air travel so far this year.  FAA officials say nearly 54-thousand passengers are planning to board flights across the nation.  With long security lines at Pittsburgh International already a problem, the TSA is sharing some tips for cutting down on hold-ups.  Agents suggest starting with a completely empty bag when packing a carry-on to make sure no prohibited items are inside.  They say having ID’s and boarding passes ready and keeping large electronics easily accessible can help move things along as well.
