The conservator for the Register of Wills office has unearthed some more incomplete adoption files, leading to personnel changes that were put in place this week. The Trib reports that court documents showed conservator Jim Antoniono and his staff found multiple cases of adoption records that were incorrectly docketed and with missing information.Officials said court staff was reassigned this week to help Register of Wills Office employees complete an inventory of all adoption records to determine the scope of errors. That assessment is ongoing. Antoniono has been the de factor leader of the office since Sherry Hamilton was stripped of her duties after judges found her in contempt of court.
