NORTH HUNTINGDON TOWNSHIP TO MOVE TO NEW EMERGENCY ALERT SYSTEM

Officials in North Huntingdon Township are planning a move to a new emergency alert system this month.  Local leaders say they are connecting to an app that will allow residents to get various warnings and notifications.  Existing alert subscribers will be switched over to the new system, called Everbridge, on July 15th.  Those users will need to create an account in order to take advantage of the new features.
