A woman from South Huntingdon was killed in a two vehicle crash Saturday morning in Ligonier Township. The Trib reports that 81-year-old Wilma Bradish was pronounced dead after she was taken to Independence Health Latrobe Hospital due to blunt force trauma suffered in the crash around 11:30 AM on Route 30 near the intersection with Route 259. Bradish was in the right lane and was going into the left lane for an unknown reason and collided with another vehicle. The crash caused Bradish’s vehicle to roll over and trap her inside. The driver of the other vehicle suffered minor injuries. The eastbound lanes of Route 30 were closed for several hours while a state police crash reconstruction team assisted with the investigation.
