INDEPENDENCE DAY CLOSURES

Today is Independence Day, and while there are several celebrations planned in Westmoreland County today, there are some closures in effect.  Federal, state and county government offices are closed for the day, including all county courts.  State liquor stores that would normally be open on Thursday will be open until 5:00 tonight.  Banks are closed for today, and there will be no regular mail delivery.
