Murrysville police have a new chief and captain. The Trib reports that on Monday, former police Captain Tom Kusinsky was promoted to Chief and sworn in. Dave Coleman was promoted to replace Kusinsky as the department’s captain. Kusinsky replaces retiring chief Tom Seefeld who was a policeman for over 40 years with multiple departments.
