FAYETTE CITY MAN FACING VEHICULAR HOMICIDE CHARGES

A Fayette City man is free on bail but facing charges including vehicular homicide in connection with a March accident in Rostraver.  Twenty-five-year-old Tori Demo’s car was rear-ended by a pickup truck March 16th on I-70 and she died at the scene.  Jacob Posey was arrested on Friday and charged in the case.  Reports say Posey was driving at 118-miles-per-hour just prior to the accident.
