MT PLEASANT MAN KILLED IN MOTORCYCLE CRASH

A Mt. Pleasant man was killed after hitting a deer with his motorcycle Friday night.  The Trib reports that 50-year-old Jayson Halterman was driving his motorcycle in the 400 block of Stone Church Road in Hempfield when he hit a deer and a utility pole at 10:33 PM.  Halterman died from blunt force injuries as a result of the crash.
