PARTIAL BUILDING COLLAPSE IN VANDERGRIFT

Officials are reporting a partial building collapse that happened in Vandergrift yesterday evening.  A Westmoreland County emergency dispatcher told TribLive crews responded to the property on Grant Avenue shortly after 5:00 p.m.  There was no one inside at the time, according to authorities.  No additional details on how the collapse occurred have been released so far.
