A Greensburg man was ordered to serve up to 42 months in state prison for assaulting a Latrobe police officer. The Trib reports that 41-year-old Bruce Hudak pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, DUI and other crimes in connection with a crash into a home on Lloyd Avenue on August 17th. He initially refused to comply with authorities when told to get out of the car. He was brought out and while he was handcuffed, he hit an officer with his knee. He also was uncooperative at an area hospital, where he was taken for a legal blood draw.
