DONEGAL REDUCES NUMBER OF COUNCIL SEATS

A Westmoreland County Judge approved a request to shrink the size of the government of Donegal.  The Trib reports that the request came from Borough Mayor Keith Deckinger,  The move will reduce the number of council seats from five to three.  Council has four active members, but he cited a lack of participation for the reason for the reduction.
