A Greensburg man is facing charges following a physical confrontation that started over a loose dog last Friday. Court documents show counts including simple assault and making terroristic threats have been filed against 46-year-old Linwood Eley the Second. Witnesses tell police Eley assaulted a man and slapped his daughter while also threatening to burn down the man’s house. Eley was angry because the victim pepper sprayed an aggressive loose dog and accidentally sprayed a child, according to police.
