An Irwin man entered guilty pleas on Friday to charges related to the sexual assault of a teenage girl during a Fourth of July party in 2020. The Trib reports that 51-year-old Chad Flow, formerly of Hempfield, will serve up to nine years in prison. His accuser told police that she attended a party and followed Flow into the woods behind his mobile home in Hempfield where he gave her alcohol and marijuana before bringing her back to the trailer and having sexual relations with her.
