$3 MILLION SCRATCH OFF TICKET SOLD IN ROSTRAVER

The PA Lottery announced that a $3 million winning scratch-off ticket was recently sold in Rostraver.  The Trib reports that the winning “3’s a Charm” ticket was sold at the Exxon station on Rostraver Road.  The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the grand prize-winning ticket.
