An adult and two juveniles are under arrest after a crash in Hempfield Township. WTAE-TV reports that police saw a car speeding without headlights on around 2:30 in the morning on Harrison Avenue. The driver fled the traffic stop and ran two red lights before the car went off the road and under a train trestle. 21-year-old Joel Munoz-Bayas now faces several charges, including theft by lawful taking, reckless endangerment and reckless driving. He and the other two were taken into custody. The investigation continues.
