A law enforcement officer memorial is now on display outside the Westmoreland County Courthouse. The granite monument was dedicated during a ceremony put together by the county district attorney’s office yesterday. The piece features the names of 28 officers who died in the line of duty in the county. The memorial was paid for using a 60-thousand-dollar state grant that was secured by state Senator Kim Ward.
