Officials in Delmont will host a public presentation on June 25th concerning a long-term plan for the Shields Farm property. The Trib reports that A borough steering committee has been working with consultants EADS Group on a plan for the 145-acre former farmstead, with some items suggested including a disc golf course, pavilions, additional access and a walking trail. The June 25 meeting will take place from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the borough building on Greensburg St., where the steering committee will give its presentation and hear from residents.
