PA HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION LAUNCHES CIVIL RIGHTS DIVISION

The Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission has launched a dedicated Civil Rights Division. The commission announced late last week that the department will focus on investigating civil tensions, conflicts, and incidents and enforce anti-discrimination laws. Additionally, promoters say the division would also be proactive about outreach efforts to educate the public about the dangers of hate.
