A Greensburg woman was ordered to serve up to an additional three years in prison for the overdose death of her spouse in 2020. The Trib reports that 37-year-old Mary Crimboli-Baker has been in jail since probation and parole were revoked in March for drug-related violations, failure to pay court fees, and other violations. She pleaded guilty to drug charges in 2021 after prosecutors dropped a felony count of drug delivery resulting in death in connection with the fatal overdose of her wife, 32-year-old Justine Baker. Court recrods said that Crimboli-Baker was on the run since last summer and was taken into custody in March.
