PLUM FAMILY REBUILDS HOME IN RUSTIC RIDGE

A Plum borough family whose house was destroyed in the deadly explosion last August is looking forward to being back home.  Rick Napoleon and his loved ones are rebuilding on the lot they own in the Rustic Ridge neighborhood after the blast left their residence a total loss.  He says they made the choice to stay in spite of the painful memories, because of the support from the community.  Six people were killed in the explosion.
