A Delmont man was convicted Wednesday of attemped sexual assault a woman that investigators say he later threatened to prevent her from testifying against him. The Trib reports that 28-year-old Brandon Pyle was found guilty of charges of attempted sexual assault and simple assault connected with an incident on November 24th of 2022, but he was found not guilty of victim intimidation. For the sexual assault charges, he could receive up to 20 years in prison. Pyle will remain in Westmoreland County Jail until his sentencing hearing later this year.
