A Salem woman will serve jail time for a guilty plea to charges related to a DUI crash that hurt a person riding a bicycle. The Trib reports that 40-year-old Tanya Cardoni of Salem pleaded guilty last October to aggravated assault with a vehicle, hit and run and drunk driving offenses connected with a crash in August of 2021 where she hit Edward Chatterton and injured him. Cardoni was ordered to serve at least three months in jail, followed by a year of house arrest and an additional year of probation.
