NEW WESTMORELAND COUNTY APARTMENT BUILDING TO OPEN IN JULY

The latest Westmoreland County Apartment building is set to open in July.  The Trib reports that construction will wrap up and tenants can start moving in on July 13th at the Grand View Senior Residences in Irwin.  The authority broke ground on the $14 million, 50-unit, four-story apartment complex near the intersection of Laurel Avenue and Caruthers Lane last year.   About 250 prospective tenants are on a waiting list for the apartments, and officials are vetting that list.
